MoU signed for an infection-free Pakistan

An MoU signing ceremony was, recently, held between Infection Prevention And Control Foundation and Health & Hygiene Ltd. at a local hotel. Dr Umar Farooq, Vice Chairman IPAC; Associate Professor Hershey Medical Centre PennState University, and Mr Amir Younis, Executive Director H&H Ltd, signed the document.

Prof Dr Mateen Izhar, Chairman Sheikh Zayed Hospital Lahore, was the chief guest of the ceremony. Dr Aqib Mudassar, Chair Department Oral Hygiene and Safe Dentistry IIPAC, also attended the ceremony.

This MoU will help train health care providers with tools of infection control, spread awareness among public at large, increase the screening and vaccination coverage of infectious diseases. This MoU will help lead the way towards an Infection Free Pakistan.
