Pakistan Navy established a free medical and eye camp in Gujjo, Sindh, as a continuation of its efforts to improve and provide standard health services in coastal communities.
At the camp, a huge number of patients, including women and children, received free medical care.
The patients were assessed by a team of specialists consisting of Medical Specialists, ENT Specialists, Child Specialists, Gynecologists, and Skin Specialists, as well as GDMOs.
In order to aid the sick, the camp provided them with free medication, eyeglasses, and performed minor surgical procedures.
In addition, the local population was provided with knowledge regarding common infections, personal health, hygiene, child healthcare, disease prevention, and the cleanliness of living areas.
The Pakistan Navy is committed to continuing to provide high-quality medical facilities to the coastal population.
The construction of a free medical camp in rural Sindh demonstrates Pakistan Navy's commitment to the community and health sector development of Coastal/Creak areas.
