MULTAN: In yet another incident involving a ‘honey trap’ a gang of swindlers deprived Multan Health CEO Chief Executive Officer Dr. Faisal Qaisrani of his car, cash and other valuables.
According to the complaint, on July 20, Dr. Qaisrani was called by woman, who introduced herself as Amber and met him at Al Falah market. As Qaisrani reached there in his car, the woman, accompanied by her three colleagues, served him a drink, leaving the health CEO unconscious.
When Qaisrani regained consciousness three hours later, he found himself in Hassanabad without his vehicle, Rs90,000 cash, glasses, watch, and identity card.
As per police, later the suspects called the CEO and demanded Rs5 million from him, threatening him to post his indecent pictures on social media if he refused to pay the amount.
The suspects, including Palwasha alias Amber, Asif, Mazhar Abbas, and Sajjad extorted Rs500,000 from Dr. Qaisrani on July 23 and fled away.
