Karsaz crash driver tests positive for prohibited substance 

KARACHI: A prohibited substance has been found in the samples of the woman arrested for involvement in the tragic accident on Karsaz Road, which claimed the lives of a father and daughter, says the latest police report.
The medical report received by the police confirmed that the accused driver had prohibited substances in his system at the time of the incident. The report, sealed for 2 to 3 days, now forms a crucial part of the investigation.
The fatal collision occurred on August 19th when a speeding car collided with another vehicle, hitting motorcyclists near the National Stadium on Karsaz Road. 
The accident also left one car completely destroyed, and the woman responsible for the accident was promptly arrested by the police.
