LAHORE: The University of Health Sciences (UHS) Lahore has officially released the results for the Medical & Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT) 2024. The test, held on September 22, 2024, was conducted for admissions to medical and dental colleges across Punjab. A total of 56,519 candidates appeared in the exam.

Out of the total, 48,051 candidates scored more than 55% marks, while 51,018 candidates secured more than 50% marks. The highest score achieved was 199 out of 200, equivalent to 99.50%.
The top position in the MDCAT 2024 was jointly secured by two students: Zainab Munir, daughter of Munir Ahmed Qadir, and Iqra, daughter of Muhammad Azam, both of whom achieved 199 marks.
According to the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC), the minimum passing criteria for medical college admissions is 55%, while for dental college admissions, it is set at 50%. The results are available on the University of Health Sciences’ official website.
