Provincial Health Minister Directs Authorities for Timely Completion of Projects

KARACHI- Provincial Minister for Health and Population Welfare, Dr. Azra Fazal Pechuho conducted a meeting of Health Department, Population Welfare, Works and Services, and other stakeholders, where she mentioned that the Health Sector is an essential service and it should be kept on top priority by all officials.

Additional Chief Secretary, Dr. Muhammad Usman Chachar, Secretary Population Welfare, Mr. Laiq Ahmed, Secretary Works and Services, Mr. Abdul Rahim Shaikh and representatives of PWD and other departments also attended the meeting.

On this occasion, the Additional Chief Secretary, Dr. Muhammad Usman Chachar briefed the Provincial Health Minister regarding SNE of Trauma Centre and other development schemes going on in Sindh Health Department.

Provincial Minister, Dr. Azra Fazal Pechuho directed the concerned authorities for timely completion of Trauma Centre, BIUT Nawabshah, MNCH Nawabshah.

She emphasized upon focusing over the renovation and rehabilitation of health facilities, and suggested to build apartments for residential purposes instead of bungalows and houses for medical staff, in order to save money and space.
