Countrywide polio vaccination campaign launched by PM

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif launched a nationwide anti-polio campaign on Sunday aimed at eradicating polio from the country.
From October 28 to November 3, more than 45 million children will receive the polio vaccine. During the event, the Prime Minister praised the dedication of frontline polio workers and personally administered polio drops to children.
Ayesha Raza, the Prime Minister’s Focal Person for Polio, emphasized that polio workers will reach out to every household across the country. Under the Prime Minister’s leadership, the anti-polio drive will be revitalized with renewed passion and determination.
