Red Crescent Hosts Iftar for the Less Privileged

KARACHI- Pakistan Red Crescent Sindh (PRCS), in collaboration with Telenor Pakistan hosted an Iftar dinner for the less privileged community members, at a local marriage lawn in Saddar Town.


The purpose of hosting this event was to bring joy and happiness in lives of vulnerable and needy people, without compromising their human dignity.


More than 500 people, including children from an orphanage and other welfare centers, alongside people with disabilities and elderly, were present at the event.


PRC Sindh Chairman, Shahnaz Hamid emphasized upon the need to serve humanity by organizing such gatherings, from time to time. She greatly appreciated the efforts of Telenor Pakistan, in joining hands with PRCS, for arranging this event.
