Dengue Fever Cases On The Rise In Karachi!

19 More Dengue Cases Surface.

KARACHI- As many as 19 more Dengue Fever cases were detected across the city of Karachi, taking the reported cases toll to 538 in the city, since 1st January 2018.

As per weekly report issued by Prevention and Control Program for Dengue in Sindh, at least 19 new dengue fever cases were reported from within Karachi. No new case surfaced from the other districts of Sindh.

In July, a total of 19 dengue positive cases have been reported throughout the city of Karachi.

This year, till date, a total of 572 Dengue cases have been reported throughout the Province of Sindh, out of which 538 were reported from within Karachi and 34 from rest of the Province.

Unfortunately, this year, a death was also reported in Karachi due to dengue.
