KARACHI: The Young Doctors Association (YDA) Sindh has issued a strong condemnation of alleged corruption and mismanagement within the Finance and Research Department of College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP). According to the YDA Sindh, certain officials in the department have been involved in financial misconduct, unfairly shifting blame onto CPSP candidates to cover their failures.

In a press release, Dr. Mehboob Noonari, Chairman of YDA Sindh, emphasized the association's commitment to ensuring that students are not penalized for the incompetence or malpractice of others. He urged the CPSP President to take swift and effective action, ensuring accountability at every level.

"We demand full accountability for everyone involved in these dishonest activities," stated Dr. Noonari.

The YDA Sindh has made it clear that they will take all necessary measures to protect the rights of students. This includes organizing protests, strikes, or pursuing legal action if required. The association also vowed to hold not only the implicated individuals but also their leadership accountable.

"If these issues are not resolved promptly, we will ensure those responsible face the consequences of their actions," added Dr. Noonari.

The YDA Sindh’s decisive stance serves as a call for transparent and fair practices within CPSP, emphasizing the need for immediate reforms to safeguard the interests of students and uphold the institution’s integrity.
