Karachi: Aga Khan University’s Centre of Excellence in Women and Child Health is organizing an international conference on maternal, foetal and neonatal medicine on Monday (Nov 30) at its auditorium.
The conference being held in collaboration with the Pakistan Paediatric Association – Neonatology Group, will highlight progress in maternal and newborn health and survival in Pakistan, bottlenecks, opportunities and latest advances in the field.
Speakers include Dr Zulfiqar Bhutta, Founding Director, Centre for Excellence in Women and Child Health, AKU; Prof Stephen Kennedy, Department of Reproductive Medicine, University of Oxford; Dr Shabina Ariff, Assistant Professor, Department of Paediatrics and Child Health and Dr Sohail Salat, Associate Professor, Department of Paediatrics and Child Health.
