CM Punjab Hamza Orders Ali Jan Khan to inspect hospitals

On Chief Minister Hamza Shahbaz's orders, Health Secretary Ali Jan Khan visited hospitals and health institutions in south Punjab.

Ali Jan Khan, Secretary, Health Department, Punjab, said he's visiting government hospitals to assure the public gets good care. The government will build international-standard hospitals. Chief Minister Hamza Shahbaz told us to improve Punjab's medical centres by offering the best physicians and enough medicine. 

Every patient should be handled with respect and care, he said.  On the third day of his south Punjab health facility visits, he visited Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Liaquatpur, Sadiqabad, Khanpur, Zahir Pir Hub & Spoke Model Hospital Rahimyar Khan, and Teaching Hospital Sheikh Zayed Rahimyar Khan.

Muhammad Usman, Special Secretary; Sajjad Khan, Additional Secretary; Dr Asim Altaf, Additional Secretary; and Tariq Mehmood, Project Director PMU, joined Secretary Health, who inspected emergency wards, operation theatres, and facility stores. All Medical Superintendents briefed Secretary Health on hospital facilities.
