Late Zafar Ullah Chaudhry was born into a well-educated agriculturist family in the Faisalabad district. He was the first doctor amongst a family of civil servants.
At the tender age of 11 years, he was selected to represent Pakistan at the World Scout Jamboree held in Australia.
He was thrice elected as the president of CPSP and led it during the challenging period of Covid-19 pandemic. Under his able leadership, the CPSP kept encouraging the doctors who were on the frontline in the fight against Covid, many of them laying down their lives while saving others.
