Co-founder of the Naseeha Institute, Head of Tarbiyah at Message Grammar School, Yaseen Asad, and Dean of the Al-Qadir University Project Trust, Dr Zeeshan Ahmed, was the session's guest speaker.
Prof. Amjad Siraj Memon, recognising the speakers, students, and JSMU Faith Society, stated that only describing Seerah is insufficient; we must act upon it.
Further, he emphasised the need for investigation and study of various aspects of the Prophet Muhammad, as well as advice.
In his address, Dr Zeeshan Ahmed stressed traditional Islamic knowledge and the efforts of famous scholars, and he contrasted scientific perspectives with Quranic verses.
From the perspective of the qualities of reformers, he added, it is sufficient to say that the Prophet Muhammad was a teacher and instructor in Islam.
In addition, Dr Yaseen Asad used examples and actual occurrences from the life of our Prophet PBUH to inspire the students to incorporate acts of service into their daily lives.
In the presence of Registrar JSMU Dr Azam Khan and Chairperson JSMU Student Council Professor Kefi Iqbal, the session concluded with a prize distribution ceremony for the quiz and calligraphy competition. The JSMU students were also provided with book stands.
