Air conditioning failure spoils drugs at JPMC's pharmacy   

KARACHI: As the air conditioning system of the central pharmacy at Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Center (JPMC) in Karachi was non-functional for 15 days, many medicines stored there were rendered unusable, say hospital sources.

Assuring that the problem would be resolved soon, JPMC Executive Director Prof. Shahid Rasool downplayed the issue and said air conditioner malfunctions are common in summer and not a major problem.
