Dr Azhar claims 3 wickets – PHA beat PMA in freindly match

KARACHI: The city’s Private Hospitals Association (PHA) beat Pakistan Medical Association (PMA) by 34 runs in a friendly cricket match played here at Asghar Ali Shah Stadium.

Captain of the PMA team was Dr Qazi M. Wasiq, while the PHA’s doctors team was led by Dr Junaid Ali Shah.

Bating first, the PHA team scored 100 runs for the loss of eight wickets in the stipulated 15 overs. In reply, the PMA scored 66-7.

Dr Mirza Ali Azhar of PMA took three wickets in two overs by giving only six runs.  

Families and friends of both the team-members enjoyed the game.
