ISLAMABAD: As a democratic, autonomous, independent, and transparent authority, the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) must be strengthened by the prime minister in conjunction with all stakeholders, the PMA letter mentioned.
The Pakistan Medical Association (PMA) penned a note to Shehbaz Sharif, Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, urging him to take note of the health sector's difficulties.
According to Dr Qaiser Sajjad, Secretary-General, PMA, the medical fraternity wants to address a number of issues, including those presented by international medical graduates.
