Three clinics sealed in Hijrat Colony 

KARACHI-The Directorate of Anti-Quackery of Sindh HealthCare Commission (SHCC) has sealed 03 clinics in Hijrat Colony, District South, Karachi.

The anti-quackery team paid surprise visits to five Healthcare Establishments out of which three were sealed on the spot while notices were served to other two. All three clinics were being run by quacks.

The operations were conducted by the anti-quackery team comprised of Deputy Director Anti-quackery, Assistant Director Anti-quackery in collaboration with law enforcement agencies, local district administration and Health Department of Sindh.

The clinics sealed were Khwadad Khan Clinic run by Khwadad Khan, Tanveer Clinic run by Safeer Ahmed, and Khan Clinic run by Amir Shahzad.

All mentioned people are unqualified, and presented forged documents on questioning. A few untoward incidents also occurred during sealing of these clinics, which were handled amicably by the SHCC team.
