Dr Asim Hussain shifted to hospital 

KARACHI- Former Minister Petroleum and Natural Resources Dr Asim Hussain’s health suddenly deteriorated at the Accountability Court following to decline in the level of his blood pressure.

According to his spokesman, Amir Shahzad, due to low blood pressure Dr Asim’s ECG was also conducted at the court by the medical staff of Dr Ziauddin Hospital.

The ECG report was unsatisfactory and Dr Asim was instantly shifted to the hospital from the court premises, added official spokesman.

Meanwhile, the accountability court has granted him permission to travel abroad for medical treatment.

It is pertinent to mention here that Dr Asim was present at the court for hearing of one of the cases filed by the NAB.
