Karwan e Hayat hospital receives first-ever license from SHCC

KARACHI: For the first time, the Sindh Health Care Commission (SHCC) has officially licensed Karwan e Hayat (KeH) Welfare Hospital, which specializes in the treatment of mental health patients.

A ceremony was held at the Karwan e Hayat Psychiatric Care and Rehabilitation Center, which features 100 beds dedicated to mental health care. The event was attended by Karwan e Hayat Hospital's Chief Executive Officer, Arshad Rahim, and his team.

Dr. Altaf Hussain Khawaja, Director of Licensing at SHCC, congratulated the Karwan e Hayat team on receiving the license and commended their commitment to serving individuals with mental health conditions.

Arshad Rahim expressed pride in the hospital's dedication to providing high-quality mental health treatment and noted that the licensing marks a significant milestone for their services.

The hosts also planned to distribute gifts to guests in celebration of the occasion.
