Secretary Health Punjab visits Gangaram Hospital  

LAHORE: Secretary Health Punjab Javed Qazi paid a visit to the under-construction Mother and Child Block at Gangaram Hospital. 

On this occasion, Special Secretary Department of Specialised Health Care and Medical Education Syed Wajid Ali Shah, Additional Secretary Agha Nabil, Deputy Secretary Abu Bakar, Section Officer Jawad Pirzada, Vice Chancellor Fatima Jinnah Medical University Prof Dr Khalid Masood Gondal, M.S. Gangaram Hospital Dr Athar with other officers were present.  

 Punjab Health Secretary Dr Ahmad Javed Qazi visited the emergency, Operation Theater and other departments of the Mother and Child block. 

Speaking on this occasion, Secretary Health Punjab Dr. Ahmed Javed Qazi said that work is going on rapidly on Mother and Child Block in Gangaram Hospital Lahore. The emergency of Mother and Child Block will be opened to the public soon. The ongoing progress of all Mother and Child Hospitals in Punjab is being reviewed.   

Secretary Health said that the concerned officers have been directed to complete the Mother and Child Block at Gangaram Hospital as soon as possible. The Mother and Child Block at Gangaram Hospital will be state of the art. Mother and Child Hospitals in Punjab will help to save the precious lives of thousands of mothers and children. We are trying to complete all Mother and Child Hospitals in Punjab on time.
