Health Department establishes Emergency Control Room for COVID-19

KARACHI: The Sindh Health Department has established an ‘Emergency Control Room for the Novel Corona Virus' on the 6th floor of the new Sindh Secretariat Building and assigned officers for emergency duties.

According to a recent notification, in view of the recent rise in the COVID-19 pandemic cases across Pakistan and in Sindh particularly, the following officers have been assigned duties at the Emergency Control Room for the Novel Coronavirus established at the Sindh Health Department.

The names of officers are Dr Mansoor Wassan (Deputy Secretary (Admn-I), Riaz Ahmed Jakhrani (Deputy Secretary (Admn-II/G), Dr Sikandar Memon (Chief Technical Officer), Dr Ashique Hussain Shah (Technical Officer), Mr Ameet (Section Officer-VII), Dr Asad Khatri (Section Officer Program), Mr Farhan Ali (Section Officer D.Q), Mr Zulfiqar Ali Mughari (Assistant, Section VI) and Mr Muhammad Abbas (Assistant, Section DM).
