KARACHI: Angelina Jolie, a humanitarian, activist, and Hollywood celebrity, arrives in Pakistan to help families impacted by floods and interact with them firsthand. Jolie is presently in Dadu, Sindh, where she is assessing the flood-related devastation.
Angelina Jolie arrives to observe and obtain an idea of the situation and speak with individuals about their needs and preventative measures.
Angelina Jolie previously travelled to Pakistan in 2010 and 2005 to meet earthquake victims. She is now travelling as part of the emergency response activities of the International Rescue Committee (IRC).
