NICH employee dies after falling from roof

KARACHI: An employee of the National Institute of Child Health (NICH) accidentally fell from the second floor of the hospital and later died due to multiple head injuries on May 18^th, 2019.

55-year old Muhammad Qasim accidentally fell from the second floor the hospital where he was busy with some plumbing work. The rescue officials shifted him to the Neurosurgery Ward of the Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC ) where he died while being provided with treatment.

Executive Director, JPMC, Dr Seemin Jamali confirmed the death of Qasim.
