Gulf Thoracic Conference in Dubai on 13th March.

The Gulf Thoracic Congress 2014 will be held in Dubai on 13-15th March, featuring numerous insightful courses, workshops, Keynote Lectures, case presentations and a comprehensive Scientific Program.

The Pre-conference workshops will include courses on Pediatric Sleep Medicine Course, Methodology to get your paper published, Bedside Thorcic Ultrasound, The future of Bronchial Thermoplasty and Bronchial Hygiene Therapy. The Scientific program will begin on the first day with opening remarks on Pandemic of Respiratory Viral infections and a Keynote lecture by Dr. Hayat Sindi PhD, discussing; The world of Biochips.

The Second day of the congress will feature critical topics and researches pertaining to; Challenges in the Diagnosis and management of Asthma, Early Lung Cancer, Asthma Co Morbidities, Sleep Disordered Breathing (SOB) in children and Regional experiences in Lung Cancer treatment, along with an update on Respiratory critical care.

Other lectures in the scientific program will include; Phenotypes and personalized medicine, Mycobacterial diseases and non CF Bronchiectasis, Advances in local management of Thoracic tumors, The Overlap syndrome with Asthma and COPD, Medicines for Sleep disorders, and research on Lung infection.

The third day of the Gulf Thoracic Congress will comprise of elaborate discussions on: COPD management challenges, Advanced Lung cancer management, Pulmonary Vascular Diseases, Multidisciplinary care of lung cancer, common Chronic Lung diseases in children, IPF, Airway care and Chest-imaging in clinical practice.
