Wazirabad Cardiology Institute to be upgraded soon: Yasmin

LAHORE: Yasmin Rashid, Provincial Health Minister, Punjab, made a surprise visit to the Wazirabad Institute of Cardiology. 

Dr Waheed gave a briefing to Yasmin Rashid about the medical facilities provided for the treatment of patients in the hospital. Yasmin Rashid visited the operation theatres, emergency and other wards in Wazirabad Institute of Cardiology and visited the patients and reviewed the medical facilities. 

Yasmin Rashid has said on this occasion that Heart patients are being treated better at the Wazirabad Institute of Cardiology. Wazirabad  Institute of Cardiology will be upgraded by increasing the number of beds from 100 to 200 very soon. Government teaching hospitals of Punjab are being upgraded. 

Under the direction of Chaudhry Pervez Ellahi, Chief Minister of Punjab, the medical facilities are being reviewed by visiting the government hospitals of Punjab. More facilities will be created for the patients coming to the government hospitals of Punjab. Surprise visits will be made to all the teaching hospitals in Punjab. Doctors behave with good manners with patients in government hospitals.
