KARACHI: The second Regenerative Medicine Workshop, organized by the Pakistan Arthroscopy & Sports Surgery Society (PASSS) in collaboration with AlKhaleej Ortho Stem, successfully concluded at the Orthostem Clinic, Al-Khaleej Tower, Karachi. The workshop, accredited by the American Board of Regenerative Medicine, provided participants with three CME credit points and featured live demonstrations, expert panels, and hands-on training sessions.
Dr. Khalid Mahmud Shah, President of PASSS, highlighted the transformative potential of regenerative medicine during his opening remarks. "Regenerative medicine is reshaping the future of healthcare, and this workshop bridges cutting-edge research with practical applications in orthopedics," he stated.
Led by Workshop Director Dr. Syed Salman Gilani, the event showcased a distinguished panel of experts, including Prof. Dr. Masood Umer, Dr. Sidra Bukhari, and Dr. Sanober Samtio. Esteemed panellists such as Prof. Ghulam Mehboob, Prof. A.R. Jamali, Prof. Ghaffar Billoo, Dr. Mansoor Shahid, Ali Khurram Dadabhai, Chairman Al Khaleej group, and Umair Dadabhai, CEO Al Khaleej group contributed valuable insights into stem cell therapies and regenerative techniques.
