Pfizer CEO comments on vaccine, COVID-19

FRANCE: Albert Bourla, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Pfizer Inc, stated that the COVID-19 vaccination was safe and effective for youngsters. 

According to the CEO of Pfizer, the COVID-19 would continue to circulate for many years to come. He urged that this current wave should be the last to necessitate regulations. In addition, he indicated that the COVID-19 vaccine was both safe and effective in youngsters.

Earlier, Albert Bourla had told international media that a COVID-19 vaccine targeting the Omicron variant of COVID-19 would be ready in March. "This vaccine will be ready in March," Albert Bourla said. He went on to say that the existing vaccine protocol of two doses with a booster had offered adequate protection against Omicron's detrimental effects on the body.
