Medical Superintendent, CHK, Dr Sabir Memon, informed that upon observation it was noted that majority of the employees and administrative officials, including doctors, were not following proper dress code during duty hours, which seemed unprofessional.
The doctors, paramedical and nursing staff, administrative officers and domestic staff have now been instructed to wear proper uniform; action would be taken upon noncompliance.
Moreover, he mentioned that many visiting patients and attendants had filed complaints against some employees, based upon their improper attire.
According to Dr Sabir, this step has been taken to maintain discipline within the healthcare facility and institution.
