The Punjab Health Department has assured residents that hospitals are equipped with adequate medications and are prepared to handle the growing number of patients. Health officials are urging the public to adopt preventive measures, including maintaining cleanliness, eliminating standing water, and cooperating with health teams in affected areas.
To facilitate public assistance, the department has activated a dengue helpline at 1033, providing support for inquiries and reporting dengue-related concerns.
Authorities emphasize the need for heightened public awareness and adherence to preventive protocols to curb the escalating trend of dengue fever across the province.
