KARACHI – Sindh Governor DrIshrat-ul-Ebad, who is also Chancellor of public sector universities of the province, has appointed Prof Dr. S. M. Tariq Rafi as vice chancellor of Jinnah Sindh Medical University (JSMU), Karachi, for further four years with effect from June 26, 2016, says a notification issued here on April 11, 2016 by Principal Secretary to Governor, Sindh.
