Foreign Degree Holders Allowed to Practice in Pakistan

The foreign MBBS degree holders’ plea against the conduction of PMDC’s licensing exam was heard in Lahore High Court. In contradiction with PMDC’s policy, Justice Sajid Mehmood Sethi allowed the foreign MBBS degree holders to practice in Pakistan without having to take PMDC’s exam.
