FIA, Drap seize unregistered, expired drugs 

KARACHI: Large quantities of unregistered and expired medicines of foreign companies worth Rs15 million were seized in Karachi in a joint operation conducted by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP). 
According to an FIA spokesperson, the raid in Malir led to the discovery of unregistered and expired medicines, shampoos, and cosmetics.
The accused, Anup Kumar, was found to be selling these items online. The seized items are valued at Rs15 million. 
Initial investigations revealed that Kumar was working as a supervisor, while the owner of the online store, Deepak Kumar, resides in Dubai. 
A case has been registered against both suspects, and the search for others involved in the scam is ongoing.
