RAWALPINDI: Pindi has recorded 18 additional confirmed dengue cases in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of patients for the year to 189.
According to data released by the District Health Department on Tuesday, there have also been two reported cases of Congo virus this year. The report indicates that out of the 18 new dengue cases, 9 were from Pothohar Town.
In response to the outbreak, the Chief Minister of Punjab’s Mobile Health Unit (MHU) continues to conduct field visits to offer various medical tests, including pathological and imaging tests such as X-rays. Over the last 24 hours, the MHU has provided medical test facilities to 186 patients in Sara e Kala and 132 patients in Tret areas.
