A 1959 graduate of Dow Medical College, Dr. Vohra was a pioneer in internal medicine, an esteemed educator, and a mentor to generations of doctors. His unwavering dedication to medical education and patient care earned him widespread respect. He served as the Principal of Karachi Medical & Dental College (KMDC) and played a crucial role in improving healthcare standards in Pakistan.
Born in Madras (now Chennai), Dr. Vohra was known for his patient-first approach, clinical expertise, and commitment to nurturing future medical professionals. His wisdom, humility, and compassion made him more than just a physician—he was an inspiration to his students and colleagues.
Beyond his academic and clinical contributions, Dr. Vohra was admired for his intellect and ability to engage in thought-provoking discussions, leaving a profound impact on those who had the privilege of knowing him. His passing is an irreparable loss to Pakistan’s healthcare sector.
