QUETTA: A blast on Quetta's Sariab Road injured two Frontier Corps (FC) personnel.
According to sources, the personnel were conducting routine patrols in a village when the device — concealed in a motorcycle parked on the side of the road — was remotely detonated as they entered the location. The officials who were hurt had been taken to the FC hospital.
Immediately following the explosion, a large number of security personnel and a bomb disposal squad arrived on the scene, cordoning off the area and initiating a massive manhunt.
