NCOC permits 100 per cent occupancy for PSL matches

ISLAMABAD: The National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) had opted to relax crowd constraints for the upcoming Lahore matches of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2022.

The NCOC announced that it had given the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) permission to allow spectators to fill up to 50 per cent of the stadium's capacity during matches till February 15 and 100 per cent crowd occupancy from February 16.

The NCOC stated that spectators must be fully vaccinated and that unvaccinated minors under the age of 12 would also be permitted.

The decision was taken during an NCOC meeting headed by Asad Umar, during which epidemic data, national vaccination performance, inbound health protocols, and the ongoing PSL's second phase were examined.
