BAHAWALPUR: Saqib Ali Ateel, the Secretary of Agriculture in South Punjab, recently stated that all available resources should be utilized during the Reach Every Door (RED) campaign to ensure 100 per cent immunization against COVID-19.
During a two-day visit to the office of the Chief Executive Officer of Health, Bahawalpur, he reviewed the performance of the RED campaign in the review meeting.
He said that all the health department officers should go out in the field and ensure they reach every house, adding that those who refused to be vaccinated against COVID-19 should be made aware of the fatal effects of the virus.
While instructing the District Administration, the Secretary said that only vaccinated people should be allowed to enter public and private institutions.
Mr Saqib was informed that millions of people in the Bahawalpur district had been vaccinated since the RED campaign was initiated.
