Pakistan’s leading healthcare specialists assemble for the 3rd National Nutrition Conference

Islamabad: Nutri-Nation Y3 is the 3^rd iteration of the National Nutrition Conference, a pioneering initiative by Abbott Nutrition Pakistan featuring the top 300 healthcare experts from across the nation, united to create a stronger, better nourished Pakistan.

Nutri-Nation Y3 as an event is a unique gathering of seven widely varied healthcare disciplines and is attended by renowned physicians, surgeons, diabetologists, pediatricians, neonatologists, paramedics & dieticians, all gathered under one platform as they exchange ideas and inspire the national healthcare community to accelerate the nutritional health of the Pakistani population.

The inaugural edition of the National Nutrition conference was first held in 2014 with 100 participants. In 2015, the number of healthcare professionals in attendance grew to 150. These efforts have resulted in the importance of nutrition gaining momentum in the medical and health care sector of Pakistan. The healthc;2are practitioners that participate in Nutri-Nation spread awareness and champion best practices with a multiplier effect as the positive effects are further spread into their patient base. This year, the event has attracted 300 participants, symbolizing the success of the initiative.

The two-day event focuses on debate, collaboration, and advancement in five prominent summits, namely Newborn Life Support, Neonatal Nutrition, Pediatric Nutrition, Medical Nutrition and Diabetic Nutrition.
