KARACHI - Sindh Nursing Examination Board’s official website will be launched within a year.
Sindh Nursing Examination Board’s controller, Khair-un-Nisa Akber, said that work on the website has begun and it will be completed within a year.
The website, she added, would help Sindh Nursing Examination Board to maintain its updated record and results, besides providing necessary information to students and teachers concerning their course schedule, etc.
She said that as many as 19 government and 27 private nursing institutions and 15 midwifery schools are operating under the supervision of Sindh Nursing Board. Though over 2,000 students appear in the examinations conducted by the board each year, their number has been increasing considerably with each passing day, she said, adding that nine specialized nursing courses were also being conducted annually by the board.
Ms Akber said that the nursing board’s management remained in contact with principals of all nursing intuitions of Sindh for resolving their problems.
