KARACHI- Adviser to the Sindh Chief Minister on Information, Barrister Murtaza Wahab visited Cyberknife Robotic Radiosurgery Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC).
A score of cancer patients are being referred to this centre to obtain treatment, from all over Pakistan.
Head of Radiology Department and CyberKnife, JPMC, Prof Dr. Tariq Mehmood, Deputy Director, JPMC, Dr. Yahya Tunio and other administrative officials were also present on this occasion.
Barrister Murtaza Wahab claimed that, Sindh Government led by PPP, is committed towards establishing a chain of healthcare facilities throughout the province of Sindh, to facilitate patients at their doorstep.
He added that the Government of Sindh, in collaboration with civil society is selflessly serving the residents of Sindh through the provision of advance treatment facilities.
Furthermore, he explained that the raid conducted by National Accountability Bureau (NAB) at National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (NICVD) was not a serious matter, and they just collected records of the hospital.
Barrister Wahab also told the media personnel that, the committee is working to control population explosion.
