DMC POINT IN A TERRIBLE ACCIDENT

Karachi- On the evening of October 2^nd a Dow Medical College point met with a terrible accident after the brakes of the vehicle failed, and the driver lost all control of it. The accident took place in DHA Phase 1.

While in conversation with Medical News an insider told us that “Three people were hit by the bus out of which one passed away, while the other two are under treatment at Jinnah Hospital.”

The point was full of students at the time of accident, who bore witness to the ill-fated event. Few of them received minor physical injuries, while all of them received psychological and emotional trauma. Some of the students braved up and performed CPR on the victims in need, and tried to stop the bleeding.

The driver could not be spotted at the scene.

The event has planted doubts and concerns in the hearts of students and their parents. Many questions arise here; who was responsible for the maintenance of these vehicle? Why are human lives in the hands of an irresponsible management? Is human life this insignificant? How will the lost trust ever be regained?
