New gyne ward opens at Hamdard University Hospital

KARACHI: A state-of-the-art 40-bed gynecology ward equipped with advanced medical facilities has been inaugurated at Hamdard University Hospital, in the Taj Medical Complex.
The ceremony was attended by Sadia Rashid, President of Hamdard Foundation Pakistan, as the chief guest. 
Following recitation from the Holy Quran, Brig (r) Dr. Riaz-ul-Haq, a key hospital representative, highlighted the importance of the new ward, saying, “This development is a major leap in our commitment to providing quality healthcare.”
He said the ward offers complex surgeries and treatments in a safe environment while ensuring personalised care for each patient, besides modern labour rooms.
The ward is staffed by trained medical and paramedical personnel proficient in using the latest technology. 
Ms Sadia Rashid toured the facility and was briefed by Dr. Anjum Ara and Dr. Irum Khalid on the ward’s equipment, staff training, and services. She also interacted with patients, offering prayers for their swift recovery.
The ward also offers private, semi-private, deluxe, and general accommodations, with fully air-conditioned environment and round-the-clock services.
