KARACHI - The Pakistan Islamic Medical Association (PIMA) has announced the 16th Biennial Provincial Conventions which are scheduled to be held in Sukkur (March 22-23), Peshawar (March 23-24), Multan (March 30-31), Muzaffarabad (April 13-14) and Quetta (April 28) respectively.
The conventions are to feature debates and dialogs between various experts from the medical fraternity along with research paper presentations and discussions. Interactive sessions will be organized to instigate conversation on a plethora of topics including ethical issues related to medical practice and national and international affairs. Additionally, multiple CME workshops and lectures will be arranged at the conventions.
On this occasion, the members of PIMA will be electing provincial presidents and executive council for the following term as well.
