LAHORE: Before the opening of the 90-SQA nursing conference, Usman Buzdar, Chief Minister of Punjab, awarded nurses with a guard of honour in recognition of their commendable work.
He lauded the nurses for their dedication to helping those in need, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, he met with nurses and gave them assurances that their issues would be addressed. The nurses congratulated Usman Buzdar for addressing a neglected section of the health sector and resolving their long-standing problems with the CM's intervention.
Before, the Chief Minister's Office was closed to them, but Usman Buzdar also gave them a chance to communicate directly with the CMO's leadership, the nurses said.
