KARACHI: Following the earlier issued advisory by the National Institute of Health, Pakistan, Field Epidemiology & Disease Surveillance Division, Islamabad, the Sindh Health Ministry alerted all families to quarantine themselves at home following their return to Pakistan from travel. They advised them not to send their children to school for fourteen days in order to prevent the possible spread of the coronavirus in the country.
It is pertinent to mention here that Sindh Chief Minister, Syed Murad Ali Shah, was also holding meetings with the relevant ministries daily to review the measures being adopted to prevent the spread of coronavirus in the province. Every advisory was being issued after the endorsement of the Chief Minister.
