KARACHI: Members of the Young Nurses Association (YNA), Sindh, entered the second day of protest outside the Karachi Press Club.

The nurses from all hospitals of Karachi chipped in for the protest at Karachi Press Club. They pledged to continue their demonstration until their grievances could be redressed. The protestors were carrying various placards and banners with having slogans like ‘’Justice With Nurses’’, ‘’Hire New Nurses’’, ‘’Implement on four-tier formula’’, etc.

Dadlo Zuhrani and Naseemuddin Mirani, officials of the Sindh Health Department, held dialogues with nurses. However, nurses clearly rebuffed the notion to end their protest until the government issues notification.

The leadership of YNA, Sindh, plainly asserted not to culminate their demonstration until and unless the Government of Sindh issues notification to redress their grievances. Moreover, nurses of Hyderabad, Mirpurkhas, Sukkur and Larkana also participated in the demonstration at the request of YNA
