YDA, Sindh rejects to attend OPDs

KARACHI: Young Doctors Association (YDA), Sindh, had recently declared their initiative to boycott the OPDs across Sindh. Their motive is the regularisation of COVID-19 doctors and nurses.

The spokesperson of YDA, Sindh, stated that COVID-19 doctors and nurses served the nation 24/7 throughout the COVID-19 emergency situation in Sindh, yet, they are not regularised on their designations.  

Conversely, YDA, Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC), also claimed to support the demonstration of YDA, Sindh over the dearth of doctors, nurses and paramedical personnel in JPMC for more than a few years.  

The YDA of JPMC and Sindh announced to boycott the OPDs and opted to protest in front of the Surgical Complex, JPMC, till the redressal of their grievances.
