NCOC launches door-to-door immunisation campaigns

ISLAMABAD: Following the announcement of Asad Umar, Minister for Planning, Development, Reforms and Special Initiatives, Pakistan, the NCOC would begin a nationwide door-to-door COVID-19 inoculation campaign.

Dr Faisal Sultan, Special Assistant to Prime Minister, Pakistan, told the media that 55,000 teams would be sent to carry out the vaccination campaign.

He added that first, second, and booster doses of the vaccine would be provided by the teams. In addition, Asad Umar asked citizens to make use of the federal government's resources to guard against the epidemic. As soon as people are immunised, he remarked that everything would come back to routine faster.
